SHG celebrates record development time for FY2009 HUD Section 202 and 811 projects SHG is the housing consultant on three HUD Section 202/811 projects funded in FY2009. Providence Place/Carthage is 50% complete! St. Joseph of the Pines is developing Providence Place/Carthage under the HUD Section 202 program that provides affordable housing to the elderly. The project will be EarthCraft Certified green building and will employ geothermal heating and cooling systems. Construction began in June 2011 and is expected to be complete by the end of 2011. |
